

Amazing cookbook with delicious recipes!
As an SF kid (spoiled with delicious bread), I never thought I'd see the day where I made my own crusty bread.
As the title implies, there is a super simple recipe for No-Knead Bread and Pizza Dough and it is a crowd pleaser! There is a call for a can of beer but I substitute it for O'Douls and it works perfectly.
In fact, I buy a case of O'Douls so I can make this bread frequently for a loaf or for pizza.
Many other simple and delicious recipes in this book and check out Tieghan Gerard's other cookbooks. They contain even more yummy dishes 😋
