Delicious recipes out of Hawai'i and I can say, Alana Kysar's recipe for Mac Salad may be the best mac salad I've ever had! It is literally the only Mac salad recipe I make now.

She also has a killer Butter Mochi recipe, which I recommend bringing to a party so you don't eat half of it (like I did).

Also, an easy Spam Musubi recipe (I do recommend a mold; makes assembling a breeze).
