Sunlight in a Cafeteria by Edward Hopper

I was very torn between this and his famous "Nighthawks" painting but I've always loved how Hopper captures sunlight in scenes of Americana.

Gas stations, movie theaters, offices. Hopper does it all but, I have a weakness for the dining scenes. How much of American life is pondered over at the tables of diners and cafes often by lone patrons?
