The Best Vegan Chocolate Cake

For about ten years, my family has loved this vegan chocolate cake! Silk Coconut milk is the best plant-based milk I have used for this recipe. The cake is decadent and great for celebrations (just made it yesterday for Father's Day!).

While there is a frosting recipe with the cake, I save myself a little time (and counter space) by purchasing store-bought frosting.

Serve with fresh strawberries to add some freshness ;)
